Refund policy

Due to health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened. This policy helps us ensure that all products shipped from our facility maintain their integrity and remain uncompromised.

In some cases, such as when a product may have caused an adverse reaction, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.

At Ancient Choice, we proudly stand by our products and our intensive quality control. If you received a defective item, or are not completely satisfied with one of our products you purchased from ancientchoice.com or from an authorized seller, please contact customer service within 30 days of the date of purchase to request a refund or a replacement product.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
