Ancient Butterfly Pudding

1 cup natural unsweetened yogurt or coconut milk yogurt

A pinch of ground vanilla bean

1 ripe banana (they are perfect when they just begin to show spots on the outside)

3 Tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp Ancient Choice Blue Butterfly Pea Powder

1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Berries of your choice for topping


  1. Blend the banana, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the yogurt blend and mix well (but do not use a blender).
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Overnight is best.
  4. After fully chilled, separate the mixture into two bowls. Add Ancient Choice Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder to one of the bowls.
