Preparation

Step 1 - Let's Get Started

Gather all the ingredients you'll need to create your Ancient Dragon Pudding.

Step 2 - Blend It Up

Blend banana and milk in a blender until smooth. Alternatively, you can mash your banana with a fork and then mix it with the milk. Just make sure you have a nice smooth paste, as this will be the base for your Ancient Dragon Pudding.

Step 3 - Chia Magic

Pour your banana and milk mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds mixing well. Let sit for 15 minutes and stir again. The mixture should be noticeably thicker and pudding like.

Step 4 - Make It Vibrant

Separate your pudding mixture between three bowls if you want to make nice layers for your Ancient Dragon Pudding. Add Dragon Fruit Powder to the two of the bowls, leaving one in white color. Start with 1/2 tsp adding more until you get the colors you like. Or you can just make pudding in one color.

Step 5 - Finishing Touches

Transfer the pudding into jars with a spoon and add any topping of your choice, like fruits, berries, nut butter, granola or some seeds. If you don't eat it right away, the pudding can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Enjoy your Ancient Dragon Pudding!
