Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut cream/milk
- 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar or your favorite sweetener
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ancient Choice Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
Place the coconut cream can in the refrigerator (not the freezer) 24 hours before making the frosting.
Preparation
Step 1 - Get Started!
Take the coconut cream can from the fridge and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Open it and use a spoon to scoop out only the solidified cream, placing it in a bowl.
Step 2 - Smooth & Creamy
Whisk the solidified coconut cream with a hand mixer until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Add sugar or your favorite sweetener, vanilla extract, and whisk again.
Step 3 - Add the Blue
Add 1 tsp of Ancient Choice Blue Butterfly Pea Powder and mix with the hand mixer.
Gradually add more blue powder (half a tsp at a time) until you reach your desired shade.
