Ingredients


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Butter to fry
  • 1 tsp Butterfly Pea Flower Powder

Preparation

Step 1 - Just Blend!

Blend all ingredients except the butter in a high speed blender.

Step 2 - Pan Time

Using medium-high heat, coat a pan with butter or coconut oil. Add about 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake.
